nice furnishings good size thoughtful people
the room had nice furnishings and was a good size. i found breakfast to be good each morning. kind people work at this hotel and i thought they were very thoughtful.
the shower was old fashioned and i had to climb into the bath to access it.

a decent stay

the staff were available around the clock. the location provided convenient access to attractions and public transport. i found a selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. the room provided tea and coffee making facilities.
the room felt quite small i noticed it backed onto the reception office. the proximity caused some disturbance. i found a step into the bathroom created a tripping hazard. the suitcases barely fit without blocking the door.

fresh pastries modern fixtures black-out curtains
The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The ensuite bathroom featured modern fixtures and a powerful shower. I appreciated that. The room had black-out curtains, offering great sleep.
The elevator was a bit slow at times.

helpful staff large television breakfast range underground proximity
I found the reception staff helpful and friendly. My room included a large television with various channels I could watch. The breakfast offered a good range of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel's proximity to the underground station helped me move around.
The lift seemed a bit slow sometimes, and I had to wait a few moments to get to my floor. This was a very minor issue, however.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with good water pressure. There was ample storage space for luggage and clothing in the wardrobe and drawers. The room temperature was easy to adjust using the thermostat.

the staff were very nice. my room had a mini-bar. tea and coffee were also available in the room.
the carpet seemed old. the furniture also looked old. i thought the bed had two single mattresses instead of one big one, this left a hole in the middle.
